Most common questions

How long does a report take?

Most reports complete in 30-60 seconds. Cached reports (requested in the last 24h) return instantly and don't count against your quota.

Is this financial advice?

No. Sentinellis is an information-only platform. We aggregate and summarize public data; we do not provide personalized investment advice, price targets, or buy/sell recommendations.

Why did my report come back empty or incomplete?

This usually happens for small, private, or international companies where upstream sources (Yahoo Finance, NewsData) have limited coverage. We flag incomplete reports with a confidence score. If a report failed entirely due to an issue on our side, email contact@sentinellis.com with the report ID and we'll re-run it for free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Log in, click Manage Subscription, and select Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our refund policy for details.

How do you handle my data?

We store your account email, reports you've run, and subscription info on EU-based servers (PostgreSQL on Railway). We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
